Liza Macedo dos Santos graduated in 2019 from the esteemed Academy of Dramatic Arts in Maastricht, one of Europe’s premier theatre academies. Additionally, she pursued studies in the Chubbuck Technique in Los Angeles.

Liza has taken on roles in several TV series, including Van Der Valk (2024) directed by Paula van der Oest, Anoniem (2023) by Diederik van Rooijen and Dagboek van een Callgirl (2015) directed by Tessa Schram. She has also appeared in films like NL-Alert (2024) which was part of Martin Koolhoven presenteert, Prooi (2016) directed by Dick Maas and Motief voor Moord (2015).
Moreover, Liza has gracefully portrayed the lead role in the theater play De brieven van Mia where the Volkskrant acclaimed: ‘Liza Macedo dos Santos is the absolute star in Brieven van Mia.’ In this play, she portrays the war-fleeing character Leila, in a touching and moving manner. Furthermore, she has performed at different prestigious theater companies.
