Puck Pomelien completed her training at the Amsterdam Academy for Performing Arts (ATKA) in 2017. She concluded with her solo performance Anti-Gone in the basements of International Theater Amsterdam, written by Ko van den Bosch and treatment by Malou Gorter.

During her academic pursuits, Puck's acting journey kicked off when she landed the role of Rox in the Videoland series De Mannentester (2017). Her exceptional performance earned her a Zilveren Notekraker nomination. She became a prominent figure in the three-part AVROTROS series Lois (2018), portraying Tessa in an adaptation of Simone van de Vlugt's novels. She also played recurring roles in Dit Zijn Wij (2019-2020) and Meisje van Plezier (2019-2020). Subsequently, Puck made notable guest appearances in various series, including De K van Karlijn (2021) and Flikken Rotterdam (2017-2018). More recently, Puck starred in the Netflix feature Oei, ik groei! (2023) and in the near future she is set to shine in the BNNVARA TV series De Ring.
Puck embarked on a theater tour and received a glowing four-star review from Volkskrant for her role in Luchtbespiegelingen (2021). She also took the stage in Mijn Man Begrijpt Me Niet (2021-2022), alongside Victoria Koblenko and Tanja Jess, and Wat Mijn Man Niet Weet (2023-2024) co-starring with Victoria Koblenko and Birgit Schuurman.
